• ​No Holds.  When you want to buy something, flag a THF representative and we will take payment and place a sold tag on the merchandise.  Do not wait until you are done shopping to check out in one transaction.  Items sell quickly, and the item may not be available when you check out. 

• Credit cards and cash accepted.  No checks

• You may take items you purchase today. As a courtesy, we have movers to help load your furniture

• Items must be picked up the day of the sale before 5:00 pm or the following day from 9:00 - 12:00 

• You assume all risk associated with the loading and transport of the furniture you purchase

• THF may recommend a moving company but we will not be held responsible or liable for the condition of the furniture after it leaves our building

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
