All items purchased from Trifecta Home Furniture are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the furniture before purchasing for any defects or blemishes. Once the item is purchased it is the property of the purchaser and Trifecta Home Furniture is not responsible for any damage that happens to the product after purchase.

All prices are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability and pricing are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict purchase of those items.
Trifecta Home Furniture does not deliver furniture. If the purchaser chooses to use a delivery service, the purchaser assumes all responsibility of the condition of the furniture once it leaves our premises. The purchaser will hold Trifecta Home Furniture harmless of any damage that is caused by the delivery company.
